Posts, your feed and asking to join

Post what you are up to, let people join, and tell friends when you are away.

On Home, tap What's happening? to post:

  • Post — a note, with an optional picture ("Anyone want to hike Saturday?").
  • I'm at… — a time and place others can react to ("At the pool 3–5").
  • Ask to join — attach an event or a time and place. Friends can add it to their calendar or ask to join; you approve or decline each request.
  • I'm away — dates when you are away, so friends know not to invite you.

Choose who sees each post: friends (the default), public, or only me. People can react and comment on posts they can see. You can delete your own posts and comments at any time.

Your feed shows posts from friends and pages you follow, friends' plans, and Suggested for you events. Every suggestion says why it was chosen, and you can hide it or ask for fewer like it.

When you go to an event, tidbok can post a "Went to…" note for your friends so they can ask how it was. Turn this off in Edit profile → Share the events I attend with friends.
