Delete your tidbok account

You can permanently delete your tidbok account and all associated personal data at any time, free of charge, from any of our apps or this web page.

From the iOS or Android app

1. Open the tidbok app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your data will be queued for deletion immediately.

From the web

1. Sign in to your tidbok account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Click Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
4. Confirm by typing DELETE in the prompt.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, photos, bio, time zone, and connected accounts.
• Events you created (drafts and published).
• RSVPs and invitations you sent or received.
• Contact groups, saved places, and calendar blocks.
• Subscription information (your billing relationship with Stripe, Apple, or Google is cancelled at the end of the current billing period).
• AI conversation history and personalization profile.

What is retained

• Anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
• Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax records of past paid transactions for up to 7 years).
• Backups, for up to 35 days, after which they are permanently purged.

Cannot sign in?

Email privacy@tidbok.com from the email address on your account and we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days, as required by GDPR and CCPA.

Timeline

Account deletion is immediate. Personal data is fully removed from our live systems within 30 days and from backups within 35 days.
