5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant tidbok a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIDBOK'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TIDBOK IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
12. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify tidbok against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
