Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

tidbok offers subscription plans that unlock premium features such as posting public events, advanced AI assistance, organization management tools, and competition hosting. Plan details, pricing, and included features are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Current plan definitions are maintained in our system and visible before purchase.

2. Billing & Payment

Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

iOS subscriptionsare processed through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit 2) and are subject to Apple's terms and billing policies. Android subscriptionsare processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's terms. For mobile subscriptions, manage billing through your device's app store settings.

3. Free Trials

Some plans may include a free trial period. The trial duration is specified at the time of sign-up. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

For iOS and Android subscriptions, cancellation must be done through the respective app store. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

5. AI Request Packs

In addition to the weekly AI request quota included with your plan, you may purchase one-time AI request packs for additional usage. These packs are non-refundable and do not expire. Pack pricing and request counts are displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email. The new price will apply at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

7. Refunds

Web subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@tidbok.com for refund requests. Mobile subscription refunds are handled by Apple or Google through their respective refund processes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. In the case of termination for cause, no refund will be provided for the remaining billing period.
